Serves 3
Ingredients:
2 cups carrot juice
1 cup kale or spinach
1 banana
2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons chia or flaxseeds
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon Nordic Naturals Orange Flavored Cod Liver Oil*
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
