Re-introduce old favorites and upgrade your lunch by choosing healthier and more flavorful ingredients.

• Love PB&J’s? Try making them with sprouted bread, almond butter, and apple butter in place of sugar filled jelly.

• Make your turkey sandwich healthier by using nitrate-free turkey meat (Apple Gate Farms brand) and putting it on sprouted bread or a coconut wrap.

• Make your tuna or egg salad with avocado mayonnaise instead of processed mayo or Miracle Whip.

• Choose potato chips made with potatoes, sea salt, and a healthier oil like avocado, extra virgin olive oil, or coconut oil.

• Turn your BLT into a BALT by adding avocado.
