The reason my brother, Matt and I put together Target To Table, is because we believe getting healthier truly starts with cooking more meals at home. Not only is it a great way to consume more nutritious foods, but it also is the number one way to connect with your family and set them up for a healthy future. When you don’t cook meals at home, you miss a fundamental step to building this healthier lifestyle.

It’s like building a house without a steady foundation, doing laundry without detergent, or taking a shower without soap. Without cooking, it is nearly impossible to live your healthiest self.
