Following yoga, Kristen will teach you about the mineral needed for relaxation and a greater sense of calm. You'll learn delicious ways to incorporate this essential mineral and how it can help you manage stress, improve sleep, and ease sore muscles and joints.

Mindfulness Meditation

In this mindfulness practice, Kristen will teach you meditation strategies for reducing stress, calming the mind and improving performance. She'll show you how to breathe with the diaphragm and simple ways to incorporate this awareness practice to make you more present and engaged in all aspects of your life.

Power Hour

Join Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Expert, Kristen Brogan for a full body workout that improves your alignment, balance, flexibility, strength and overall fitness. If you are new to exercise or a seasoned veteran join in and learn how you can take your fitness to the next level!
